About support system

Foreigners who want to carry out activities for specific skills will sign employment contracts (specific skills employment contracts) with public and private institutions in Japan (receiving institutions). The organization that accepts specific skills employment contracts is called the “specific skills affiliation”.

The host organization that intends to conclude a contract for employment of a specific skill with a foreigner who intends to carry out activities for the specified skill No. 1 is responsible for the implementation of support for occupational life, daily life, or social life (No. 1 specified skill foreigner). Support plan (hereinafter referred to as “support plan”).

  • ⑦ Consultation, complaint handling, advice, guidance, etc.
  • ⑧ Provide support for promoting exchanges between foreigners and Japanese
  • ⑨ Assistance to enable you to work at a new place of employment if you cancel your employment contract for any reason not attributable to a foreigner
  • ⑩ The support manager or the person in charge of the support conducts regular interviews with foreigners and those who are in charge of their supervision, and reports to the relevant administrative agencies when they learn of problems such as violations of labor-related laws and regulations.
